Soccer has always been a big part of our family – from my own playing days as a kid, to both our boys, Nick and Dan, growing up with the game. And now, seeing our grandson Fletcher take to the field is a real joy. We’re thrilled to support a club that shares our love for the beautiful game.

Kitchen Staff Member Required

We are looking for a Chef/Cook to do the opening session of a morning in our busy kitchen.

The session commences at 5.00am of a morning with the shop opening at 5.30 am. The hours available will be in the vicinity of 35 per week, generally during the week but occasionally on a weekend.

The position requires the preparation of quality food at all times, excellent attention to detail, cleanliness and food related matters. There will be some customer service duties. Completion of a Food Safety Supervisors course will be highly regarded but if not held we are prepared to arrange for the successful person to complete this qualification. Award rates apply or negotiated depending on the situation.

Retail Assistant Position available

We are looking for a Retail Assistant to work in our busy shop.

Due to changes in the Government requirements for the sale of ci******es and to***co, the person will need to be 18 years old or older. The hours available will be in the vicinity of 30 per week, generally during the week but with some weekend work.

The position will require someone who is able to commence work at 6am every morning, be customer focused and able to organise their duties during the day. Duties will include customer service, filling fridges and shelves, cleaning and general retail work. Award rates apply.

It happened again.
But this time at 4am.

Some intruders thought the shop needed a new entry way.
They wanted cigs and cash and sadly, they’ve got away.

They left empty handed, we’re thankful for that.
The mess the glass shards made even went near the Kit Kats.

Cops arrived and did what they could.
But our community came out, we live in the best hood.

We cleaned, glaziers replaced glass and it’s like it didn’t happen.
With brooms and good vibes, our spirits were snappin’.

So here’s to resilience, to neighbours who care,
To small-town strength and the love that we share.

Though they tried to break in, they can’t break our soul,
Together we stand, mending every hole.

Exciting Development

We wish to advise that tomorrow morning, Monday, 12th May, 2025, we will commence installing out brand new fuel pumps. Undoubtedly there will be some disruption so please bear with us and the installation team as they work through what needs to be done.

Some pumps will be off line for a while but we will make every effort to get them working as soon as we can.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

As part of the process of installing the new pumps we will be adding an AdBlue pump to better service the newer vehicle models (and some older ones).
