So, today is day 7 of our Burger Challenge Week and do we have something special for you. Not your typical takeaway Burger today but something fresh and new.
The BBQ Korean Burger is a grilled chicken breast topped with a crispy rasher of bacon, juicy grilled pineapple ring, Gochujang BBQ sauce, slaw and Mayo on a toasted milk bun.
If you've been looking for something a little less fried and a bit on more on the fresh side, then this could just be your Burger.

We've got a bit of a following out there in the social media world. You've been talking about our burgers and the people are listening! Tomorrow is the last day of our challenge, with our Korean BBQ Burger. I think this one will be a pleasant surprise to everyone with its fresh flavours.
Voting Week be next week, once all burgers have been completed. We will let you know on Monday how you can place your vote.

The entire team at Liberty Goomboorian would really like to thank you for getting behind this week. It has been lots of fun creating these burgers but a whole lot more fun selling and marketing them. You guys have joined in the antics and the fun and made it exactly what it was about. Thank you!

Today's Burger in our Burger Challenge Week is certainly going to be a crowd pleaser. Really, who can walk passed a good Parmi??
A crispy chicken thigh schnitzel on a bed of lettuce, smothered in a marinara sauce, topped with crispy bacon, cheese, grilled onions on a toasted milk bun. Oh My Goodness!!
Top this off with a side of hot chips and you have yourself the ultimate pub meal, in a burger!!

It's time to practice your bow or curtsy as we bring you Liberty Goomboorian's Royal Burger.

It's hump day in the Liberty Goomboorian Burger Challenge Week and this burger is certainly going to gallop right into your taste buds.
A juicy beef patty on a bed of spinach and red onion, then layered with American cheese, jalapenoś, burger pickles and a lashing of mustard and hot sauce. "The Pony Express" burger is sure to suit all those who like to spice it up a bit.
