Below are some statements made in VIN FOX Pty Ltd application that show they aren’t aware of the interests of the community.

The survey the applicant undertook only received 112 responses with approximately 70% of respondents who do not live in the town of Gingin.

They say - “The Consumer Surveys and Letters of Support demonstrate a strong requirement for specialised products such as organic, gluten-free, vegan, and low-alcohol options.”

We range all of the above products and we have always given our customers the opportunity to request products and do what we can to provide them. Further the majority of the survey results and letters of support are not from Gingin.

They say - “current offerings do not meet the contemporary requirements of consumers who desire unique, health-conscious options.”

We continually range new products both unique and health conscious with a wide range of low sugar, zero sugar, vegan, organic, allergen free.

They say - it is uncontroversial that the local packaged liquor requirements cannot reasonably be met by the existing packaged liquor premises in the locality. The lack of specialised products highlights this requirement. The current packaged liquor outlets do not provide unique, health-conscious products to consumers in the locality.

We currently range and will continue to range new and old specialised products and grow with the needs of Gingin, Gingin Cellars will not meet any requirements that Cellarbrations at Gingin does not already meet and will continue to meet as the community requires them.

Vin Fox Pty Ltd is applying to the Licensing Authority for a Liquor Store Licence for Lot 9500 Brockman Road, Gingin as part of the Brookview Estate development.

If you live or work in or near Gingin and don’t approve of this application you are entitled to object.
