Join us to close out a week to forget! It started with flooding, then roadworks made visiting us borderline impossible all week (thank you to our neighbours who ran over in the pouring rain to help me sweep out the flood water; I am so grateful and so lucky).

New season, new trading hours - all day coffee and now serving afternoon tea too at Bottles and Barrels. We’ll be open daily, Monday to Saturday, from 7:30am - 6pm (liquor sales from 9am - 6pm), except for Friday nights where we’re staying open late for drinks and snacks. Not something I would normally do, sharing a personal story, but… nearly one year ago, I moved into Bottles and Barrels. Just 30 days later, on October 31st, 2023 my dear old Dad died with Dementia.
On Saturday October 19th, a gorgeous group of individuals, whose parents are all living with, or have died with dementia, are hosting a massive party at with the help of to help raise much needed funding and awareness for dementia research.
