Waldo from .wine is gracing us with his energetic presence and splashing his wine around for you all!

Focussing on Mediterranean varieties and a hands off approach to let the fruit sing its own tune, Muto are showcasing the growers across 2 states!

Waldo is nominated for the Winemaker of the Year, and rightly so! With the awards being announced on Tuesday 9th, he’ll be joining us with 2 days after on the 11th June!

These wines scream of a pizza party so we’ll be serving up some delicious pies to match.

2023 Moorak K1 Vineyard Pinot Noir
Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills

Juicy and fruit forward this Pinot Noir comes from one of Australia’s most sought after vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Carbonic maceration shines through this extremely pretty style of Pinot. Crunchy and long - drink with a group of mates and then open another bottle and go again!

Founded in 2020 with a strong desire to enhance the wine drinking experience and make handblown wine glasses more practical and accessible, our small expert team of glass artists, sommeliers, production engineers and winemakers created our first range.

The result of this joint effort is a collection of light and elegant wines glasses, which fit nicely in the hand and showcase the many different varietals perfectly without making the range more complex than it needs to be.

Delighted to welcome Lisa from in store next Thursday 14th May!
You’ve seen the wines instore - now meet the maker!

Lisa Jenkins is the product of lived experience — years spent cooking, pouring, tasting, and talking wine in some of Melbourne’s best restaurants.
In 2016, Lisa and her husband Justin moved back to South Gippsland to start Fleet, bringing her sommelier background, wine show judging experience, and WSET Diploma into the cellar.

At Fleet, the focus is on flavour, texture, and honest fruit. Nothing is by formula — each parcel is handled gently and on instinct, shaping small-batch wines that feel bright, expressive, and full of character.
With Justin’s deep Gippsland roots and Lisa’s sharp palate, they’ve planted their own vineyard, built a home winery, and brought their small farm back to life with the same care they put into every bottle.
