Did you know we stock sake?

From small traditional breweries to modern expressions, our sake range continues to grow with a considered selection from some of Japan’s most respected brewing regions.

Chiyo Shinomine is a very small brewery founded in 1873.

This large-format sake is made with the Omachi rice variety, #7 yeast and the traditional Yamahai fermentation method using naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria, creating a style with depth, texture and savoury character.
