We’ve got their Manzanilla olives, mixed Cocktail pickles and new Gorda Olives!

Medium sized, green, pitted Manzanilla olives have a good proportion of flesh to stone. They have a mild, gently bitter flavour which harmonises well with the spicy marinade, which gets its heat from chopped pieces of pickled guindilla chillies. The Manzanilla olive is a quintessential Spanish olive and the most popular table olive in Spain and fantastic with a martini.

These large, pitted green Gordal olives are crisp, firm textured and meaty and are packed in a spicy brine with pieces of Guindilla chilli for a noticeable touch of heat. Grown in the olive heartlands of Seville in Andalusia, these Spanish classics are a firm favourite of olive lovers everywhere.

Pitted green Manzanilla olives and black Cuquillo olives with stones, combined with pickled silverskin onions and baby gherkins in a spicy marinade spiked with pickled guindilla chillis. The combination of different colours, flavours, and textures makes this attractive combination perfect for the lover of pickles and olives.

TASTING!

Michael Ryan from Michael Ryan will be joining us on Wednesday 23/9 from 4pm till 6pm to help launch his newest bottling Auric, a semi-sweet blanc vermouth built on a base of Beechworth Chardonnay. Packed with flavours like green tea, yuzu leaf, yuzu peel and hops. Cinchona and gentian round out the bitter profile.

So swing by and taste something new and pick up some of the rest of Michael’s great range!
