I’ve been following notebooks for years… one of those brands you quietly admire and think “yep, they get it.”

As someone with an ADHD brain that’s constantly juggling ideas, lists, hobbies and a million half-started projects… these just make sense. Not overwhelming, not overcomplicated — just thoughtfully designed little spaces to get it out of your head and onto paper.

From daily planning to cooking, travel, training and everything in between… it’s like having a notebook that actually keeps up with how your brain works.

So very excited to finally have these in-store 🤍

We’ve gone back and forth on whether to share this…

Because the last thing we ever want is for it to come across as a complaint.

But with the recent surcharge announcement, we felt it was important to share our perspective as a small business.

We completely understand why customers don’t like surcharges — we don’t like them either.

They were never something we wanted to introduce — just a way to manage the rising cost of card payments.

With the recent changes, those costs don’t disappear… they just move.

For some businesses, that will mean higher prices.
For others (like ours), it simply comes straight off already tight margins.

This isn’t about blame — just a bit of transparency around what’s happening behind the counter.

Because changes like this will impact small businesses more than people realise.

And as always, we’re incredibly grateful for every single person who continues to support small and shop local 🤍🤍

There’s something about these that take you straight back to the 90’s. The ‘magic’ milk and juice bottles that empty as the baby drinks as well as the cutest baby cereal that disappears off the spoon as you feed it and refills when you pop the spoon back inside the jar. I mean, seriously. 🥰
