What’s in my glass? Fiano.

With World Fiano Day upon us next week, we thought it was the perfect time to shine a light on this character-filled Italian white that’s growing in popularity here in Australia.

Fresh, bright and textured, Fiano has beautiful citrus and stone-fruit characters, refreshing acidity and is seriously food-friendly.

Think seafood, creamy pasta and risotto, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean flavours.

It’s also a great w**e to have on hand as the weather warms up. Think long lunches, summer barbecues, alfresco picnics and Fiano Friday night drinks. Best served chilled.
