This west coast NEIPA is a radical hybrid IPA brewed between and !! 🔥💥 They combined their powers and you’re left with a froth that is the best of both worlds!

Every time I crack open a bottle of this delectably elegant, serene, yet vibrant Central Otago Pinot it is inevitable that I think of my admirable twin sister Meg. Given the current lockdown situation in Sydney, and the fact that she has three young children the same age as mine and she too is home schooling, working and studying her final semester at university, Im sure the ‘Roaring’ element of the wine’s name has never resonated with her so much as it has right now 🙊😝 ( she wouldnt be cross at me for saying that). This Russian Imperial Stout or better known, this year, as Descent 21 is a 10% stout that feels like starting a downhill descent into the unknown. Aged in bourbon barrels for 12 months allowing the vanilla, whisky and wild yeast characters to invade this RIS. The roasty, bitter black malt and leather like esters from the stout integrated with the wild yeast characters from bourbon barrel aging complete this winter warmer!! 🤯🔥
