VINEYARD SPOTLIGHT : TRAIT WINES.

We had the pleasure of meeting Theo recently and loved his wines! Trait Wines fruit comes from their 2.7-hectare vineyard just outside Margaret River in Western Australia. Planted in 1988, the close-planted, sloping vineyard is tended entirely by hand. The mature vines produce low yields of concentrated, high-quality fruit, with Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon making up the vineyard.
