Award-winning local Byron Winery AURUM is open to the public, with tastings of their premium dry wines made from local Northern Rivers honey. (And no, they are not sweet!)

No headaches, no hangovers, no grapes! Just great naturally made wines that taste as good as traditional wine and champagne, but that are better for you, and more sustainable!

A world's first, created right here in Byron. Aurum just won 'Champion Show Mead' at the Australian National Mead Awards, and 'Top 20 Drinks of the Year 2024' in the AFR. Come in, stay dry, and discover the full range of award-winning local Aurum wines.

Premium Modern Dry Honey wines will be showcased with a guided tasting led by local Byron Bay winemaker Louis Costa.
