We are losing one of wine guns! Sam Curtis. Sammy is leaving our tiny team because she has been offered a full time role at Bowls Australia. Congratulations on your new role Sam! Sam has two passions! (Bowls and Wine 🍷 ). Whilst we are very happy for her, we are sad as we are losing a very special person. We will miss you Sam, and wish you well in your new role, so…

That means we are looking for someone to start with us on Saturdays with some floating shifts on Thursdays/Fridays/Sundays, day and night.

We have just opened a bar in the heart of Burringbar and we would like to create a little black book we can share with our guests, of Ubers, Private Drivers and Taxis, to safely transport our guests to and from home or their air bnb safely. To our Burringbar locals, the rumours are true, we are opening our very own bar in Burringbar. We would like to extend an invitation to our Burringbar locals BEFORE WE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (in July) for the next two weekends:

Some notes about how we operate:

- locals only are only for the next two weekends in June 2025, but, after this we will be opening to the public with the following format:

Thursdays & Sundays - DIY - buy any bottle from our shop and enjoy it at the bar for a small corkage fee and choose some food to match. This is a self-service arrangement from 3-7pm (Available from July)

Fridays & Saturdays - À la Carte Nights - cocktails and bar people, our full cellar list, wines by glass/carafe, seasonal food, and pop up chefs (coming soon). Sign up to our emails not to miss these wonderful culinary nights. 3-9pm
