Good morning everyone 🩷🥳🩷 There’s been a bit of chatter about our café lately, so I wanted to share directly with you all. After 3 wonderful years, we’ll be closing at the end of this month. This has been a personal decision, planned for some time, as I’ll be moving closer to my parents.

It’s been an absolute joy serving you all — the coffee, the food, the laughs — I’ve loved every moment. I’m also excited about the new direction I’m working on for the business, and I can’t wait to share more soon.

Good morning, everyone!

Just a little peek into our world of small business today.

Running a café and motel might seem simple from the outside—brewing delicious coffee, cooking up tasty meals, offering up clean and comfortable accommodation —but behind the scenes, it’s early mornings, long hours, tough decisions, and the constant challenge of rising costs and logistics. The past couple of years have been tough on all small businesses and on many people personally.

I’ve watched my team give their all, and do their best to go above and beyond for all of our customers.

The Bruce Rock Roadhouse continues pouring your favourite fresh coffee, serving up delicious meals, providing tasty takeaway, and more—all with a smile. And I’m proud of that.

If you’re reading this and have supported us in any way, Thank You 🥰. You are the reason we do what we do. ♥️ We’re not just a café; we’re a small family business doing everything we can to make it through these challenging times.
