Over at Taringa, we have the absolute legends from Weihenstephaner splashing out some free samples this Friday.

Remember the sun? Yeah, barely. I guess it’s officially stout season then. 🥶🌑

Here is the triple threat currently haunting our spirits cabinet:

Devil’s Storm: A stormy, brooding dram finished in rare ex-Muscat casks. It’s rich and velvety with notes of dark chocolate and spiced raisins—perfect for those cold Autumn nights.

Is it stout season? Of course it is. It always is. 🍫🌑

We’ve just landed some special Californian imports at Ashgrove and Taringa that should sort you out for the start of the season. These are heavy hitters from some of our favorite West Coast producers, perfect for those crisper Autumn evenings.

From Smog City Brewing Co:

Coffee Porter: A world-class example of the style, packed with fresh roasted aromatics.

Buzzworth Imperial Stout: Rich, velvety, and brewed with plenty of honey for a smooth finish.

The Nothing Double Choc Stout: As dark and decadent as it sounds. It is basically a liquid brownie.

From El Segundo Brewing Co:

Standard Crude (2025) Imperial Stout: A massive, belly-warming stout that is built to stand the test of time.

Metaphysically Present Black IPA: For when you want the roast of a stout but the aggressive hop punch of a West Coast IPA.
