wine Sugi Semillon, a touch of skin contact for texture. Clean, crisp, white flowers and lemon myrtle.

Bro Trebbiano, also a touch of skins. Apricot stone fruit and pistachio nuttiness. Delicate pear on the palate.

La Maldicion Malvar (indigenous Spanish varietal) from Madrid. Pulpy, saline and a bitter almond finish. All organic!
