WE'RE HIRING: Boyanup Cellars is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven retail store manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Boyanup Cellars. With the support of your co-manager, you will have accountability for store presentation, stock control and the overall customer experience.

-YOUR ROLE-
* Lead by example to deliver an exceptional instore customer experience.
* Responsibility for the management of your store; managing your sales, inventory, and shrinkage budgets.
* Ensuring high standards of store presentation - executing instore visual merchandising and exceptional retail marketing standards.
* Ordering and stock management - ordering the right stock at the right time at the right levels.
* Ensure a safe and welcoming store for our customers and your staff.

-ABOUT YOU-
* 2+ years experience working in a retail liquor store
* A passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
* Highly organised and effective time management
* Experience with inventory management.
* Experience in leading a small team and sound knowledge of rostering
* Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
* Physical fit and able to lift and carry heavy items
* Knowledge and interest of wine, beer and spirits.
* Current RSA - plus willing to obtain managers licence.

Between 3 and 6pm this afternoon, Gage Roads Brew Co, which is an Australian craft brewery located just outside the city of Fremantle in Palmyra, Western Australia, will be offering samples from their range to Boyanup Cellars customers.
