Woolshed Brewery (Murtho SA) Great Southern Trendkiller Double Black IPA 7.2%. Hops: Simcoe, Chinook & Cascade.
It’s BIG. Getting lots of dark roasted malts, some coffee & then some bitterness.
It’s on the darker side & isn’t for the faint hearted.
An excellent brew. I loves my Black IPA’s

Ekim Brewing (Hornsby NSW) Ginger Beer 4.2%.
Low carbonation. Good ginger hit straight of the bat. Sugar is there but in the background. Getting a bit of spice & finishes with a nice ginger burn.
At last, a proper ginger beer & not a sugary soft drink.

Small Batch (Mudgee NSW) Brew Co - Butchers Block Pilsner 5%.
Well balanced Pilsner, clean & crisp. There is enough malt & bitterness to keep it interesting.
Could drink this all day.
An excellent brew & can art.

Rusty Penny (Penrith NSW) The Penny West Coast IPA 7.2%.
Big body. Initially I get flavours of sweet malt & some grapefruit. Then the hops (Bitterness) kicks in.
Heaps of flavour, very enjoyable.

Uraidla Brewery (Uraidla SA) Immortal Elixir West Coast IIPA 8.9%. Hops: Nectaron, Idaho 7, Strata & Mosaic. What a line up.
Not messing around. It's bloody Dank, resinous & piney. Malt & some stone fruit minor parts. Really well balanced with bitterness throughout.

This would be the best WC DIPA that I have tasted for many moons.

Merino Brewery (Narellan NSW) ESB 4.7%. Low carbonation. Am getting caramel & some biscuit flavours. Finishes with some malty sweetness.
An excellent Extra Special bitter & can taste why it has won so many awards.

Cornella Brewery (Cornella VIC) Annie DDH NEIPA 6.5%. Hops: Citra and Galaxy.
It’s a classic Hazy. Juicy, with heaps of citrus & an even hoppiness throughout.
Very easy drinking

Six Twelve (SA) Goliath DDH NEIPA 6.6%.
Breakfast juice it is. Taste is ripe tropical fruit with a touch of sweetness, finishing with a nice hoppiness. My kind of NEIPA.
