Celebrate 20 years of with B2 Bomber Mach 15.0 🥳

DIP hopped with El Dorado and dry-hopped with Eclipse and Eclipse Spectrum, creating a decadent ale, layered with hop character over a rich, Belgian-inspired base. Wax-dipped in gold for good measure!

One Shake! Imperial Pastry Stout (11.5%) - Brewed in collaboration with Sydney legends 💧 Chocolate, coffee, vanilla and a splash of coffee tequila from make this a rich, sweet, and decadent treat to savour.

Uptown Gulls - West Coast IPA (6.6%) - Brewed in collaboration with (Santa Cruz, Cali). Hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Dynaboost, Simcoe & Nectaron. Piney, dank and lean, just the way we love West Coast IPA’s!

-Stubborn Imperial Stout 2025 (11.3%) - Big & bold. The perfect winter warmer.

-Affogato Stout (5.5%) - Brewed with coffee beans, creamy lactose and sweet vanilla.

-Maple Affogato Stout (6%) - Beer, coffee and maple. Sweet, creamy and subtly sticky.

Hot tip: Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in your glass before pouring your Affogato Stout 🤤
