Our family have been in wine retail for over 30 years so when the opportunity came up for us to open our own store, we knew our path was set. Located at 309-311 Doncaster Rd Nth Balwyn, Greythorn Cellars is back in the hands of a family who prides itself on excellent customer service and product knowledge.

We’re very excited about our delivery of Syrahmi wines from Heathcote.
Winemaker and former Sommelier Adam Foster makes some of Victoria’s most exciting wines.
Inspired by some of Frances great Rhône producers Adam makes delicious and complex Shiraz or Syrah, as it’s known in Europe. We have the ‘Hugo’, named after his Son, which is premium Syrah that is 2017 vintage and is perfect drinking now for the Winter months.
It’s rich, layered and full of soft concentrated black plum and forest berry flavour.
The ‘Demi’ Syrah 2021 which is a keenly priced early drinking style but with heaps of peppery red fruits and complexity .We also grabbed some of Adam’s limited production of Mourvèdre.
This a sensational wine at 2019 with rich black cherry and boysenberries and soft velvet mouthfeel.
It’s going to be great with a wintery Sunday roast 👌🏻🍷🤤
