💛 COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH: THE FLUFFY DUCK 💛

Creamy, citrusy, and irresistibly retro — July’s spotlight is the Fluffy Duck. It’s a quirky crowd-pleaser that blends rich Advocaat with a splash of vodka, sparkling lemonade, and a dash of orange liqueur. The result? A smooth, sherbet-like cocktail that’s as cheerful as its name.

INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
- 30mL Advokaat Liqueur
- 15mL Cointreau
- 30mL orange juice
- 30mL cream
- 30mL lemonade
METHOD
Build all ingredients except the lemonade in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass and top with lemonade. Garnish with an orange slice.

Last Friday, Paul was lucky enough to attend an incredible Exclusive Masterclass at Nick & Nora’s Melbourne, featuring none other than Dr Anne Brock, Master Distiller at Bombay Sapphire, and Angel Teta, Global Brand Ambassador for Angel’s Envy. 🥃🍸
With insightful discussions, expert tastings, and some truly impressive knowledge shared by Bacardi Martini’s own Kayla Grigoriou, it was a brilliant afternoon spent with industry legends and fellow liquor lovers.
Paul came away inspired and full of fresh ideas — and maybe just a touch more appreciation for gin and bourbon too.
