Sea bream lover? We hope you enjoy this pan seared sea bream dish as much as we do! Follow the following steps:

- For the couscous:
Bring stock to boil. Remove from heat then pour over couscous. Set aside covered for 5 minutes then fluff using a fork. Heat butter in a large nonstick frying pan. Add onion and chili and cook until fragrant (around 1-2 minutes). Finally add in the couscous and cook, stirring until grains are separated and heated through.

- For the sea bream:
Pat fish dry with paper towels. Mix spices and ½ teaspoon salt. Sprinkle both side of fish with spices. Place it in the pan over high heat and cook until lightly browned on both sides.

Served fish with couscous, lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley!

هل أنت من محبي سمك سي بريم؟ نتمنى أن تستمتع بطبق سمك سي بريم المحمر بالمقلاة بقدر ما نستمتع به نحن!

- طريقة تحضير الكسكسي:
دع المرق يغلي. ارفعه عن النار ثم اسكبه فوق الكسكسي. ضع المزيج جانباً مع تغطيته لمدة 5 دقائق ثم افرده بالشوكة. سخّن الزبدة في مقلاة كبيرة غير لاصقة. أضف البصل والفلفل واطهيه حتى يصبح يتشرب النكهة (حوالي 1-2 دقيقة). وأخيراً، أضف الكسكسي واطهيه مع التحريك حتى تنفصل الحبوب وتسخن جيداً.

- طريقة تحضير سمك سي بريم:
جفف السمك بمناديل ورقية. اخلط التوابل ونصف ملعقة صغيرة من الملح. رش طرفي السمك بالتوابل. ضعه في المقلاة على نار مرتفعة واطهيه حتى يصبح لونه بنياً قليلاً على كلا الجانبين.

قدّم السمك مع الكسكسي وشرائح الليمون والبقدونس المفروم!

This super easy 5 ingredient sea bass dish is all you will need for your dinners this week! Serves two and ready in under 20 minutes
Step 1: Finely shred the spring onions and place in a bowl of ice-cold water to crisp up with the coriander leaves.
Step 2: Score the sea bass skin at 2cm intervals, then rub all over with curry paste, inside and out.
Step 3: Put coriander stalks, sea salt & pepper into the spaces and then place in a non-stick frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-heat.
Step 4: Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through (depending on the thickness of your fish)
Step 5: Plate your perfectly cooked sea bass and garnish with the spring onions, coriander leaves and a squeeze of lime!

طبق سي باس من 5 مكونات هو أشهى وجبة للعشاء هذا الأسبوع! يكفي لشخصين ويمكن تحضيره في أقل من 20 دقيقة.
الخطوة 1: افرم البصل الأخضر جيداً وضعه في وعاء من الماء البارد جداً حتى يصبح طرياً جداً مع أوراق الكزبرة.
الخطوة 2: اشرح جلد سمك سي باس على مسافات متباعدة كل 2 سم ثم ادهنه بالكاري من الداخل والخارج.
الخطوة 3: ضع أعواد الكزبرة وملح البحر والفلفل في الأجزاء المشروحة ثم ضع السمك في مقلاة لا تلصق مع ملعقة كبيرة واحدة من زيت الزيتون على نار متوسطة.
الخطوة 4: اتركه على النار لمدة 3-4 دقائق على كل جانب، أو حتى تنضج (حسب حجم السمك)
الخطوة 5: ضع السمك اللذيذ في الطبق وزينه بالبصل الأخضر وأوراق الكزبرة مع عصرة ليمون... وبالهنا والشفا!

Easy Oven Roasted Honey Dijon Salmon! Whisk together 1 teaspoon each of honey and Dijon mustard. Spread over 2 salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper. Roast skin-side down at 425°F for 12 to 14 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork…and voila!
8. طريقة سهلة لتحضير طبق السلمون المشوي في الفرن مع خردل الديجون والعسل! تُخفَق ملعقة صغيرة من كلٍ من العسل وخردل (مستردة) الديجون معًا. يُوزَّع هذا الخليط المخفوق على شريحتيْ فيليه من سمك السلمون مع قليل من الملح والفلفل. تُشوى الشريحتان مع مراعاة أن يكون الجانب الذي يحتوي على الجلد لأسفل عند درجة حرارة 425 درجة فهرنهايت لمدة تتراوح من 12 إلى 14 دقيقة، او حتى يمكن تقشيره بسهولة باستخدام شوكة...وهكذا تبدأ المتعة والتلذذ!
