Something exciting is being built at Laerskool Robertson.

Can't wait to see the end result!

More than 200 eco bricks were delivered to Laerskool Robertson by the Big Clean Up Team last week. All of these eco bricks were made and collected by Robertson Voorbereiding in 2021! You guys are amazing!!!!!!

They need more eco bricks to complete this project!

STOP THE ILLEGAL DUMPING AND BURNING OF WASTE IN RIVERS

In the Langeberg Municipal area, specifically in McGregor and Robertson, illegal dumping, and the burning of waste in rivers and open spaces leads to bad odours and an increased risk of ill-health. Clean rivers are of high importance to human life and the environment. Constant pollution of this natural resource adversely affects plant, animal, and human life.

As Langeberg Municipality regularly collects waste and disposes of it safely, no waste should ever be dumped or burned illegally.

We were able to fill 60 bags, before the rainy and windy weekend arrived.

Update on the Golden Sweepers Netball team:

Now they can practice on a netball court, in stead of an open market area. May great things come from this.

Thank you to for coaching these lovely girls.

These girls (together with the Golden Sweepers Soccer Team ) cleans Nkqubela every Monday afternoon for the past three months. They provide this service free of charge, expecting nothing in return.

Such positive attitudes.
