OBIAJULU OZEGBE - “I started Artistes Hangout in Lagos in 2019 because I felt like dancers in Nigeria dance too much and we needed to have spaces where dancers could come and have serious conversations around the dance. So I jumped on it when the opportunity to make this Town and Gown series show up. Tomorrow, we are gathering dancers, scholars, artists, filmmakers, and lovers of dance for a talk workshop that features performances, film screenings, panel exchanges, and other activities.”
