Grilled pineapple + bourbon? Consider summer officially served. 🍍🥃

This smoky-sweet bourbon punch is your new backyard BBQ favorite.

Here's how to make it ⬇️
🍋 ¾ oz fresh lime juice
🍍 1 oz grilled pineapple juice
🍊 1 oz Cointreau
🥃 1½ oz bourbon
🫧 Top with soda water
Garnish with pineapple fronds + grilled pineapple wedge

To make grilled pineapple juice: Start your grill. While it heats up, remove rind from pineapple and slice into ½ inch thick pieces. Oil grates of your grill so that pineapple doesn't stick, then char slices and let cool. Save one slice for garnish, and juice remaining slices.

Combine lime juice, grilled pineapple juice, Cointreau, and bourbon, into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Cheers!

When life gives you lemons... add vodka and basil! 🍋🌿

This refreshing cocktail is the perfect way to cool off. Tag a friend who needs a summer cocktail!🍹

Here’s how to make it:
• 1 ½ oz Basil-infused vodka*
• ½ oz Limoncello
• 3 oz Lemonade
• Top with seltzer
Garnish with lemon wheel & fresh basil sprig

Build in a glass over ice, stir gently, then enjoy!

*Basil-infused vodka:
• 1-2 bunches fresh basil
• 1 bottle plain vodka

Pour vodka over basil leaves in a container and let infuse for up to 3 days in a cool, dark place. Taste the infusion periodically until it reaches the desired intensity. Strain vodka and discard the basil leaves.
Tip: Use a middle-of-the-road vodka. No need for anything high-end for an infusion.
