The Time Has Finally Come!

Fontinalis is launching its very own dinner series. Join chef Mike Borraccio, sommelier Keenan Davis, and Wolf Tree star Hannah Gallagher, on Sunday June 28th for a long table style dinner. Communal dining and wine pairings compliment a farm fresh menu from chef Mike.
We would love to see you there!

The Menu:

Local lettuces, raw and pickled vegetables,
smoked chicken, aged cheddar, breadcrumbs, herb vinaigrette.

Chitarra alla nerano, parmesan, lemon.

Braised Cloudland Farm Short Rib, stewed local beans, summer vegetables,
charred tomato vinaigrette, celery salsa verde.

Crostata, summer fruit, custard, pistachio, caramel ice cream.

$175 + tax & fees* per person includes wine pairing!
Cocktails will be available as an additional.

Our friend is launching her newest book, A Bite-Sized History of Italy, and Wolf Tree is hosting the party! We'll be pouring wines from , will be slinging pies and every guest will get a signed copy of the book!

As a wine shop clerk, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll assist in showcasing our diverse selection of wines, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and helping customers choose the perfect bottle for any occasion.

Daily tasks will include managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store, and processing sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your passion for wine and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment, encouraging customers to explore and learn more about the wonderful world of wine.

Shifts will be Wednesday - Saturday from 12pm-6pm

Hi Friends!
For the month of April Fontinalis will not be hosting our pastry Fridays. Our baker is receiving some much needed medical care that will limit their movement. We will be back, tastier than ever in May!

New Year New Sweets!

One of our favorite parts of our little shop here is our ability to stock some fun and exciting chocolate, cookies, and various sweets alongside the wine and fish you know us for. We wanted to expand this this year and offer something a little more fresh in house.

Starting Friday February 6th, Fontinalis will have fresh pastries each Friday and some accompanying deals: 25% off a pastry with a purchase of a bottle of wine.

I'm sure you've read 1000 posts this week explaining why small businesses simply cannot afford to close on this day. We are no different than those businesses.

We would like to say that we understand the pain and heartbreak we are feeling as Americans, and our team feels this pain too. Both us and strive to be members of the community as much as we can. Bars, pubs, and establishments like ours have historically been a place that people can organize and gather for political or non-political means. A Bully pulpit of sorts that also gives us warmth and comfort. Today is no different, if you're out protesting in this cold, know that you can come here and warm up with a little wine, have a snack and chat with like minded individuals.
