Black Gold Cigars Taft Cigar Store Located at Black Gold Brewing Company

New batch of Imperial Stout transferred to the bourbon barrels today. The barrels were purchased from Sabbatical Distillery in Tracy. Sabbatical Distillery aged their Gold Medal World Spirits Award Straight Bourbon Whiskey in these barrels for 6 years and emptied them one week before we picked them up. Our Gravity Hill Imperial Stout will be released in early October after aging in the barrels for 5 months just in time for Oildorado 2025. We can't wait. Cheers!

Taft's Oildorado 2025 is coming up this October and Black Gold Brewing Company is brewing a special dark beer to celebrate Taft's oil history and culture. Our brewer Jeremiah Ga***rd is planning a special Imperial Stout that he'll age in once-used whiskey barrels for nearly 6 months. We're naming it Gravity Hill and we're sure it's going to be a hit this Oildorado. You can reserve two special edition 22 oz bomber bottles of Gravity Hill now for $30. It's a sure bet that this edition of Gravity Hill will sell out quickly so help us celebrate Oildorado 2025 and support Taft's local brewery. Cheers!

You'd be pretty hard pressed to find a better tasting tri-tip sandwich outside of Santa Maria than at Black Gold Brewing Company. Slow hickory smoked on our grilled. And to top it off we have the best in-house brewed craft beers to go with your sandwich, served on a French roll with fries or beer battered onion rings. What are you waiting for? Matt or Ami will serve you with a smile.

We are coming up on our 3rd year license renewal fee for our cigar license....debating if we should renew since we're not selling that many ci**rs to cover the $280 fee...don't forget to support our local cigar shop...and thanks to those of you who buy our ci**rs...we're the most unique cigar shop, craft brewery, gun and ammo shop and restaurant in California....maybe the country....Cheers!
