It is different from general indigo dyeing for jeans. General indigo dyeing uses synthetic dye but Aizome doesn’t. Aizome uses natural dye from plant called Persicaria tinctoria. Aizome product is one-of-a-kind color in the world influenced by the time and environment of its creation.
