Ornellaia 2022: A vintage born from drought and defined by precision. With Cabernet Sauvignon at its core and finesse in every drop, this Super Tuscan speaks of elegance and structure.

In light of extremely harsh weather conditions, Ornellaia prevailed by creating an elegant vintage— arguably one of the most remarkable despite the adversity they faced.

“La Determinazione” means determination— referencing both the vineyard’s resilience during a challenging vintage and the winemaking team’s unwavering dedication.

This special label was designed by Pascale Marthine Tayou. He was selected for the 17th edition of Ornellaia’s “Vendemmia d’Artista” project to evoke the vintage’s spirit through his vibrant, material-rich artistic style.

From the heart of Umbria, we’re pleased to introduce our collection of legendary wines from Paolo Bea. The Bea family has farmed in Montefalco since at least the 1500s, but Paolo Bea (pictured with his son Giampiero) first began bottling wines from the estate in the early 1980s.

These biodynamic reds are made with minimal intervention and maximum respect for the land they come from.

Pagliaro – Bold and powerful.
Cerrete – Bea’s highest vineyard, elegant and rare.
Rosso de Veo – A vibrant, younger vine Sagrantino with irresistible energy.
San Valentino – A blend of Montepulciano, Sangiovese & Sagrantino, layered and savory.
Pipparello – Structured, earthy, and timeless.

• 3 PARTS OF PROSECCO D.O.C. (90
ML)
• 2 PARTS OF APEROL (60 ML)
• 1 SPLASH OF SODA (30 ML)
• 1 SLICE OF ORANGE

PREPARATION
1. PLACE ICE CUBE IN A STEMMED BALLOON GLASS.
2. POUR 3 PARTS OF PROSECCO D.O.C.
3. FOLLOW BY POURING 2 PARTS OF APEROL AND 1 OUNCE OF SODA.
4. SLICE AN ORANGE AND USE IT AS A GARNISH

Petrus 1999 — a benchmark from Bordeaux’s Right Bank. Crafted entirely from Merlot grown on Pomerol’s prized blue clay, this vintage reflects the finesse and complexity the region is known for.

The Right Bank emphasizes Merlot-driven wines with plush texture, aromatic depth, and aging potential. The 1999 vintage shows elegance over opulence: notes of dark plum, truffle, and to***co, framed by fine tannins and a lingering, earthy finish.
