เวลาทำงาน 3 กะ
- 10:00 - 18:00 น.
- 10:00 - 14:00 น. และ 18:00 - 22:00 น.
- 14:00 - 22:00 น.
ทำงาน อาทิตย์ละ 6 วัน มีวันหยุด 1 วัน ยกเว้นวันเสาร์ (เนื่องจากเป็นวันที่มีถนนคนเดิน)
🌟รายละเอียดงาน🌟
- พนักงานกะเช้าเข้ามาที่ร้าน ก่อน 10 โมงเพื่อเปิดร้านและเตรียมสินค้าให้พร้อม
- ขายสินค้าในร้าน ตอนรับและดูแลลูกค้า
- นับและเช็คสต๊อก + แจ้งทีมงานเมื่อมีของขาด
- ทำความสะอาดร้านตอนเช้าและเตรียมร้านให้พร้อมเปิด
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
💵 เงินเดือน
เงินเดือนช่วงทดลองงาน 12,000 บาท (เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน)
หลังจากทดลองงานผ่าน จะปรับเงินเดือนให้เป็น 15,000 บาท + ค่าคอมมิชชั่น
💚สวัสดิการ💚
หลังจากทำงานเป็นเวลา 3 เดือนขึ้นไป
- โบนัสเวลาการทำงาน :: พนักงานที่ไม่มาสายทุกเดือนจะได้รับเงินโบนัสเป็นเงิน 700 บาท
- วันลาป่วย 5 วันต่อปี
หลังจากทำงานเป็นเวลา 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปรับเพิ่มเงินเดือน 1-4% ต่อปี
- สวัสดิการประกัน 6000 บาทต่อปี (เฉพาะประกันชีวิต)
- ลาหยุดพักผ่อน (PTO) 5 วันต่อปี สามารถสะสมใช้ได้ แต่ไม่เกิน 10 วันต่อปี
