Refreshing Elderflower Mojito

50 ml Old Captain rum white,
20 ml elderflower syrup,
30 ml lime juice,
mint and sparkling water.

Pour the syrup into a glass and crush 4 lime wedges with a muddler. Add 10 mint leaves to the glass and pour the rum. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir well. Fill the glass now further with ice and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with some mint and lime

When you fancy the warming flavour of a fresh baked apple pie. Then look no further and try this delicious apple pie cocktail.

40 ml Old Captain Brown Rum
15 ml Vanilla vodka
90 ml Fresh apple juice
Cinnamon stick
Slices of apple
Ice

Simply combine all the ingredients in a glass with some ice, give a little stir and serve with a cinnamon stick and some slices of apple.

Old Captains traditional white rum is a well-balanced combination of various types of light rum from the Caribbean. The slightly sweet and fruity fragrance blends harmoniously with its mild flavor and fine, dry finish. Drink it neat, on the rocks and also perfect for cocktails.

Experience this "Floating Captain" cocktail and let your taste buds set sail on a journey to paradise. Cheers to the perfect blend of rum, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple!

20 ml Old Captain Brown rum
10 ml lime liqueur
25 ml pineapple juice
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
25 grams of fresh pineapple + extra for garnish
100 ml ginger beer

Cut the pineapple in small pieces and put in a glass or a pineapple cup. Shake the rum, lime liqueur and pineapple juice with ice in a shaker until well chilled. Pour through a sieve into the glass over the pieces of pineapple and add the scoops of ice cream. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with pineapple or whatever you like.
