We want to instil in you the passion we have for beautifully crafted spirits, bringing them to you from small batches and single casks, carefully selected

and finished to offer a unique drinking experience. Here at The Sipping Shed it’s all we can do to keep our hands off some of the beautiful distillate slowly maturing away as the angels continually test and sample our wares for readiness. Other fine spirits and liquid treasures adorn the shelves as we tinker in the Shed, looking for new ways to satisfy the most discerning of taste buds.
