In our corner of the world, Chardonnay leans elegant and mineral, with a natural freshness shaped by our cooler climate and limestone soils. Add a touch of oak, a pinch (or two) of patience, and a winemaker who knows their stuff — and you’ve got something truly special.

🔸 Zdeněk Omasta aka , a rising star making incredibly charming and pure Sekt (& more)
🔸 Luboš Osička from winery, the Czech natural wine trailblazer whose respectful farming and Burgundy/Jura-inspired wines influenced virtually all next-generation Moravian winemakers.

Expect technical insights, focused tasting, and space for real conversation – all in an intimate, trade-only setting. Spaces are limited to 20ppl so make sure to get yours asap!

Meet the Winemaker: 🍷

Jaroslav Osička isn’t just a Moravian winemaker — he’s one of the true pioneers of Czech natural wine. For decades, he’s been showing that with patience, integrity, and a deep understanding of terroir, Moravia can rival the finesse of Burgundy or Jura.

Based in Velké Bílovice, his organically farmed vineyards sit on limestone soils rich in marine fossils, while his centuries-old underground cellar (built in 1697!) provides the perfect ageing environment for his precise, elegant wines — especially his beloved Chardonnay.

Osička’s wines are what happens when old-school knowledge meets natural finesse — no fluff, just serious flavour.

Big news to share! 🍷✨

We are beyond excited to officially welcome Maximilian Schiebe to the Vinofactum team as Sales & Account Manager Gastronomy. Our story goes back to 2021 when Max was a Head Sommelier & Restaurant Manager at and started working with the first wines from our portfolio. His exceptional sommelier skills, laser focus and passion for finding the perfect pairing and exploring new producers and regions has always been very inspiring and we are so happy Max decided to join us!

A born-and-raised Berliner, Max is a certified sommelier for wine, tea, sake, and beer. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him in a forest, library, museum, or wine cellar — always on the hunt for authenticity and wisdom that touches the soul. And he also loves drinking Champagne or Riesling Sekt straight from the bottle!
