Most disposable v**es will disappear from Pennsylvania store shelves once Attorney General Dave Sunday begins enforcing Act 57, which effectively bans the sale of v**e products not listed on a state-approved directory.https://www.abc27.com/news/most-disposable-v**es-to-disappear-from-pennsylvania-shelves/?utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook_abc27_News

Days to V**e BAN !!!!

Act 57, signed into law in December 2025, created a state directory of ni****ne v**es that can legally be sold in Pennsylvania. Beginning October 19, products that are not listed can be removed from stores, seized and destroyed.
To qualify, a manufacturer must annually certify that its product:
• Has received full FDA marketing authorization
• Has a timely FDA application that remains under review
• Or had an FDA denial stayed, rescinded or overturned
Manufacturers must also submit product and packaging information, pay $2,000 per brand family plus $200 per style for the initial application, and post a bond of at least $50,000.
Weird loophole. That means appearing on Pennsylvania’s “approved” list does not necessarily mean the FDA completed a safety review. A product can qualify while its federal application is still pending.
As of October 5, the public directory displays zero products, while 22 manufacturer certifications remain under review. The October 19 enforcement date has not moved.
