Sweet, spicy, and a little too hot to handle 🌶️

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila (we love SWOL)
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz triple sec (or any orange liqueur)
1 oz strawberry purée (or muddled fresh strawberries)
2-3 jalapeño slices (adjust for spice level)
1/2 oz agave syrup or honey (optional, if you like it a lil sweeter)
Ice
Salt or Tajín for ri***ng the glass
Garnish: strawberry slices, jalapeño slices, lime wheel

Instructions:

Rim the Glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it in salt or Tajín. Set aside.
Muddle: In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices and strawberry purée (or fresh strawberries).
Shake It Up: Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, agave syrup, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Shake until it’s icy cold and your hand can’t take it anymore.
Serve: Fill your rimmed glass with ice and strain the cocktail into it.
Garnish: Top with thin slices of fresh strawberries and jalapeños for that aesthetic touch.

Optional Add-On: A splash of sparkling water or ginger beer if you want to make it bubbly.

Anyone else ready for a tequila soda?

I already know the answer is yes

Ingredients:
    •    2 oz tequila (go for blanco for that clean finish)
    •    4–6 oz club soda
    •    Fresh lime juice (about ½ a lime)
    •    Ice
    •    Lime wedge or wheel for garnish
Instructions:
    1    Fill a glass with ice (the more the better, no one likes a sad warm sip).
    2    Pour in 2 oz of tequila.
    3    Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
    4    Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.
    5    Garnish with a lime wedge and sip like you’ve got PTO tomorrow.
