This Sunday 6/8 is the x Spaghett Crawl 🍻

You’re welcome to just go to any of the three bars whenever you want—they’ll be serving Faccia Brutto x Miller High Life Spaghetts all day long.

BUT if you want to participate in the crawl, meet us at 2PM for your first Spaghett, at 3:15PM we’ll walk over to , and then it’s a 20 minute walk to so we’ll be taking two stops on the L (Jefferson St to Montrose Av).

We’ll be handing out a limited number of special edition t-shirts, coozies, and hand stamps as we move from bar to bar, so watch our stories on Sunday if you’ve lost track of where we are.

There’s no winnings or losing, just Spaghetts and a nice little Sunday. See you soon x

What’re we making today?

To make our Ca****fo, we take fresh artichokes from the Central Coast in California and macerate them in neutral grain spirit from Buffalo for 10 days alongside warm spices like cinnamon, allspice, and dandelion root. Lemon peel and bay leaf round out the blend that’s sweetened with organic cane sugar 🤎

It’s official, official drink of the summer is officially the Naked & Famous, says

“Like our 2024 pick, the P**n Star Martini, the Naked & Famous has a distinct origin story. Bartender Joaquín Simó first created the drink in 2011 as one of the opening staff members at the lauded New York cocktail bar Death & Co. Cocktails like the Last Word and Sam Ross’s iconic Paper Plane inspired the Naked & Famous’s sweet and smoky combination of equal parts mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and lime.”

Below is our recipe for the Naked & Famous with our Centerbe or Centerbe Giallo… we officially love it:

3/4 oz Centerbe or Centerbe Giallo
3/4 oz Aperitivo
3/4 oz mezcal
3/4 oz lime juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover, and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass 🧡

For the non-alc imbibers out there just sub orange . Cheers!

Our friends .slc put us onto pouring a little shot of Giallo on our oysters.

We personally like to add a squeeze of lemon on top of the Giallo, but try it however you want. The world is your… what’s the saying? 💦🍋🦪💛

On Monday we bottled Centerbe Giallo, our extremely limited, highly coveted once-a-year spring release of aged Centerbe.

To make the stuff, we rest our beloved Centerbe in used white wine barrels for one year, move it to stainless steel for 4 months, add tinctures of lemon leaf and saffron, sweeten, and bottle it up.

Only made 114 cases this year, so if you see it at the bar or on the shelf in the next month or so: BUY IT. It goes quick and you won’t have another chance until next spring 💛💐
