Who are you inviting over to enjoy one?

Ingredients:

45 ml Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal cognac
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Top with sparkling water

Serve over ice with a lemon slice and a brandied cherry.
