Short-Lived with our friends at ! This West Coast IPA has a vibrant hop character loaded with berries, stone fruit and a rich resinous finish.

HOPS: Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Strata, Strata Hyperboost, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Krush, Krush Cryo.

Hazy Double IPA hopped with Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Riwaka T90 and Riwaka Cryo. The result is an expressive citrus and tropical fruit character with notes of tangerine, peach and berry.


Set off on a flavorful adventure with this soft and light-bodied brew, bursting with bright tangerine, juicy stone fruit, and a hint of red berry. A touch of pine and resin rounds it out, leading to a crisp, clean finish. Showcasing the best of New Zealand hops, this IPA is the perfect companion for wherever the road takes you!

Plus a 2024 World Beer Cup bronze medal for American-Style Strong Pale Ale! Our drier, decidedly “tropical” IPA that’s light on bitterness, but heavy on hop aroma, courtesy of 100% Mosaic hops. One whiff and you get super intense notes of passion fruit, mango, and lychee. Grain bill of just American two-row malt and a clean fermentation keep it simple and allow these hops to shine.

This Speedway is our modern twist on a beloved treat. A favorite from our 2023 Speedway Grand Prix event, this brew boasts rich flavors of coffee and semi-sweet chocolate, complemented by the delicate sweetness of toasted coconut and roasted pecans. Oh, and did you know? German Chocolate Cake is not actually from Germany, but it gets its name from the brilliant chocolatier who invented it.

One word, notorious!!!! once a year release these two to be not missed

This behemoth of a “Triple” India Pale Ale gets a heavy dose of hops both in the kettle and on the dry hop resulting in a nose that is straight up fruit cocktail. Truly impossible to distinguish just one note. Monstrous, yet deceptive in the same breath. Don’t let this one sneak up on you, lest ye be .

Last fall, the good folks at Perrault Farms in Yakima Valley invited me to sample their hops during their annual harvest. I was so blown away by them and their hops that it inspired me to make a new IPA for ya. The hops in this beer were selected by yours truly. I hope you enjoy this beer as much as I do. Morose is a miserable grump of a West Coast IPA made with the delightfully dour combination of El Dorado, Citra, Krush, and Enigma Hops. With its 7.2% ABV, you can blow past bright and set your spirits aflame. Morose is a masterpiece of grouchiness with nuanced and peevish notes of Watermelon, Raspberry, and Lychee.

@ Detestable, our latest and most grotesque Hazy IPA. Detestable’s repulsiveness results from Krush + Krush Cryo + Mosaic Hops, and the nausea it provokes stems from a 6.8% ABV. The juicy and spritzy smashability of Detestable’s mouthfeel is bad enough; even worse are the disgustingly tangy flavors of White Peaches, Mango, and Guava.
