Feeling lucky to be revisiting and posting about this Semillon tonight. My feature was so popular, we SOLD OUT and I was left without a stash to enjoy myself. 😫Thanks to Four Lanterns for a quick re-order, this Wino is back in business! This is the perfect summer day wine for the Chardonnay lover. It has a creamy mouthfeel, with a smooth light finish. Paired with a chicken Caesar salad….simple perfection!

Wino-Verified Recipe: Asian Slaw with Ginger-Peanut Dressing. Paired with: Tercero’s Trilogia The slight sweetness of the dressing and fresh crunch of the slaw perfectly balances the crisp, fruity notes of the gewürztraminer in this blended wine. We served this with Dynamite Mahi Mahi and Coconut Rice for my sis’s birthday dinner. Trilogia for the WIN!
