Construction update:
New tanks are in and getting pipes hooked up.
Footings for the new “card lock” island are in.
New Septic system is almost complete.
Old tanks are above ground.
It is moving right along thanks to our great construction crews.

Actualización de la construcción:
Ya están instalados los nuevos tanques y se están conectando las tuberías.
Ya están colocadas las bases para la nueva isla con cerradura de tarjeta.
El nuevo sistema séptico está casi terminado.
Los tanques antiguos están sobre el suelo.
Avanza a buen ritmo gracias a nuestros excelentes equipos de construcción.

We are in the process of getting new pumps. We will be open most of the construction and only anticipate being closed a few days. It should be a quick process all in all.

We only have 4 trees left. All are Douglas fir 6-7ft. They are now discounted to $30.
