Nelson Brothers Honey Cask Finish is a unique expression created in collaboration with TruBee Honey Farm in Arrington, TN.

Empty Nelson Brothers' bourbon barrels are first used to age local wildflower honey, and then the bourbon is finished in these same honey-coated barrels for an additional 6 to 8 months.

This process infuses the whiskey with natural honey characteristics without being overly syrupy or sweet.
