WE ARE ONE, INC.

MEANING:

Our Mark consists of a logo that includes the Colors of all the Nations in the World. The Top of the logo is Black. Black represents the complete absence of color. In short, the beginning of time as we know it. The bottom is white, which is the inclusion of ALL colors; representing US as One, the Modern World.

In the middle of the logo, is a circle, representing OUR Planet Earth. It is outlined in Green, Blue, and white (at the top and bottom) to represent Land, Sea and the Polar Ice caps. It is a reminder of the sacred mission we all have to protect our Mother Earth for generations to Come. Within that Circle (Earth) are the colors of all the recognized Nations of the World. (Including the Black and White which outlines the Logo). The colors are symbolic of the independence, uniqueness and importance of each and every Nation and each and every person. Today, more than ever, the World needs a symbol that celebrates our individualism, Nationalism, and UNITY. We truly ARE ONE on this rock, we call Earth.

PLAN:

This unique brand/mark is planned to be offered on various online platforms in the near future. The Company is setting up a presence on the main Social Media outlets. Company leadership is also actively working on website development.

LEGAL: The mark (USPTO Serial No. 9782826) is pending final action at the USPTO. To date, the examining attorney has searched the USPTO database and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration). Based on that finding, Company leadership has actively started to market this mark.
