Since then we have developed, after opening a shop in The Guineas Centre, as part of the ‘Strictly Newmarket’ Competition. ndards are maintained. We stock a wide variety of fish on a daily basis from Salmon and Cod to Halibut and Monkfish. We have tried everything that we sell and can provide you with a recipe or method of cooking, befitting the fish you are purchasing.
