We do back glass replacements differently from most other local repair shops. On the iPhones that are older than the iPhone 13 series and the iPhone 14 Pro Series, we usually replace the entire frame. This provides a finer factory finish, not to mention nasty laser dust and shards of glass don't end up inside the chassis of your phone. It's much better this way as the phone doesn't have to get stressed out with the heat applied to remove back glass only.

For the iPhone 15 series and newer, we like to source OEM glass.

Humble beginnings: does anyone remember our Nanticoke store?? We know a few of you do. We appreciate you following us to Edwardsville / Kingston and beyond!

Dawn Heller signed on with iDropped in the summer of 2012 as a licensee in Nanticoke, leaving corporate life behind. Just a gal with a toolbox full of iPhone 4 screens. In 2014, she signed on as a franchisee and established the store at The Gateway Shopping Center. In 2022, she acquired the assets of the franchisor. In 2024, she established iDropped of Dickson City. Along the way she hired a few key techs who shared her same passion for fixing technology. Today we are proud to be a successful team of tech servants fixing phones, tablets, gaming consoles, computers and other electronics for all of NEPA.

It has been quite the journey and we can't say thank you enough.
