When I say the entire industry is a mess it’s really a mess and it starts with the first meeting we went too for caurd dispensary program . We asked them what do they know about the plant and there was blank faces 🙄 .

So we chose to stay in a federally legal lane with h**p products . Since h**p became such a competitive market with dispensaries the state made it a mission to close as many h**p/smoke shops as possible . Many if us paid the ocm to operate under our license and pay plenty of state taxes as well as federal . It took a federal court battle for them to rule what they did to us stores was illegal raids not inspections . (For info scan through our page you’ll see links )

The point is the industry is literally being controlled by a system that has no idea how to handle any of this . But the states individually are doing what they seem fit regardless if ma*****na being illegal vs h**ps legal status .
