For you oyster lovers out there, we wanted to share some great pairings the next time you enjoy your favorite oysters! 🦪

Champagne - This is a perfect and classic pairing since the fizziness of the champagne helps to cleanse your palate between each oyster and enhances the subtle flavors so that you can savor each bite. 🍾

Dry White Wines - Another great option are dry white wines as they complement oysters very well due to their tartness and lightness which will make your oysters even more satisfying. We recommend a nice Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris.

Beer - If you're more of a beer enthusiast, you'll be happy to know that beer is also another perfect choice to pair with oysters. A nice, rich stout such as Guinness or other dark malts will help to complement the flavor of oysters very well. 🍺

Ingredients:

1/4 cup ice
2 oz. watermelon juice (chilled)
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp. agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup for added sweetness (optional)
2 oz. Sprite or favorite club soda (optional)
Fresh mint, lime wedges, and small watermelon wedges (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Place ice in a glass and add watermelon juice

2. Next, add vodka, lime juice, and your choice of sweetener then gently stir to mix

3. If you like fizzy drinks, feel free to top off with 2 oz. Sprite or your favorite club soda (optional)

4. Lastly, add fresh mint, lime wedges, and small watermelon wedges for garnish and serve
