A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last night for an exceptionally special tasting featuring Château Mouton Rothschild.

It was a privilege to welcome Dewey Markham III to San Antonio and hear his firsthand perspective on one of Bordeaux’s most celebrated estates, its remarkable history, and the stories behind each vintage.

From the extraordinary w**es to Texas barbecue and even better company, it was an evening we won’t soon forget.

Join us for a special tasting with Julien Barthe of Château Beau-Séjour Bécot, exploring the history and evolution of this celebrated Saint-Émilion estate.

Taste across decades of Beau-Séjour Bécot, including the 1998, 2005, 2014 and 2019 vintages, alongside w**es from the family’s Castillon property, Château Joanin Bécot. Julien will guide us through the evolution of the w**es with age and the Bécot family’s w**emaking philosophy across generations.

We’re thrilled to welcome Fabien from Dr. Bürklin-Wolf to AOC for a special evening exploring one of Germany’s great w**e estates.

We’ll dive into the dry Rieslings of the Pfalz with eight exceptional w**es, including Premier Cru and Grand Cru bottlings, plus the 2018 Wachenheim “R” Riesling Trocken and the 2024 “Hommage à Luise.”

Fabien will guide us through the vineyards, vintages, farming and w**es—with small bites included.
