Wednesday, we’re thrilled to welcome one of Piedmont’s most iconic families to San Antonio. Join us for a special evening with Gianluca Grasso, winemaker and son of Elio Grasso. This is a rare opportunity to taste Barolos that truly express the land and hear firsthand about the family’s philosophy—growing great grapes first, making great wine second. If you love classic Langhe wines, this is not to be missed.
Thursday, enjoy a complimentary tasting with Eila Wines, a project dedicated to traditionally styled Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from high-elevation, sustainably farmed sites in the Willamette Valley. Join us for an evening dedicated to the historic wines of Paitin — a benchmark traditional producer in Barbaresco with over 200 years of heritage. Rooted in the renowned Serraboella cru in Neive, home to the prized Sori Paitin vineyard, these wines offer a beautifully structured and powerful expression of Nebbiolo.
Together with Luca Pasquero-Elia, a member of the founding family, we’ll explore a lineup that highlights Paitin’s elegant, classically styled Barbaresco alongside their exceptional value Langhe Nebbiolo.
