Made this beauty at the pizza expo in Vegas!! Of course using Galbani Professionale US cheese to take the hoagie over the top!

Rico Lunardi of Slice on Broadway - Beechview presented a classic deli “hero” during the at Pizza Expo. Stacked with savory salami, spicy capicola, and smooth mortadella, layered with melty Provolone, and topped with shredded lettuce, ripe tomato, crisp onion, and finished with a perfect drizzle of oil, vinegar, and a kick of spice, it packed an authentic Italian punch in every bite.
