The Hare and Tortoise - Dark hues with a cherry rim. Classically varietal nose exemplified
with plum, spice, strawberry and autumn leaves. The palate is
light to medium bodied with complex and long-lived flavor.

We now have the Gulp Hablo trifecta the Garnacha,Verdejo and Orange wine all are biodynamic. Some tasting notes below ⬇️

Verdejo - Light and citrusy white finished bone-dry. Good minerality and fresh tones of crisp apples and lemon

Garnacha - Lighter-bodied, dry. Bright ruby in color with a nose of fresh crushed cassis and raspberry. Tart fruit, violets, white pepper, and a touch of terroir on the palate and finish.

Orange - Slightly funky with notes of tea & white flowers. Juicy and zippy on the palate. Touching on a bit of being herbaceous with a savory orange peel zing.

- Oban 18yr

Scotland- A beautiful combination of rich, nutty toffee balanced by polished oak, salt, pepper, seaweed, distant smoke and dried fruit. Somewhat oily

-Yamazaki 12yr

Medium bodied and honeyed in style, this easy vanilla malt bursts with apple fruit and jasmine freshness but is made complex thanks to notes of candied orange peel, cinnamon and clove spice and balancing dusty cigarette ash and cedarwood dryness.
