Brittany Cider found its name
AVAL means Apple in Breton, the traditional language in Bretagne, an area that’s made cider for more than 1,000 years and is touted by insiders as the best region for the drink in the world.
Both our ciders, AVAL Original and AVAL Rosé, are the result of natural fermentation of the juice of multiple varietals of apples, grown, harvested and pressed at our farm, in the heart of Bretagne, France. Never from concentrate, no sugar or sweetener is ever added to these fantastic artisanal french ciders. 6% abv, and naturally gluten-free, AVAL is available in 15 countries around the world! Santé
AVAL Original combines five types of apples exclusively from the region, giving the drink a crisp and citrusy taste. It’s the perfect balance between subtle sweetness and refreshing bitterness
Colored with red flesh apple, AVAL Rosé is a blend of 6 varietals of apples, strictly from Brittany, France. Baya Marisa, a rare variety that grows in this beautiful region, gives this delicious dry cider an amazing pink color. Extremely refreshing, this dry cider has notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Perfect on spring and summer, day or night!
